Company Profile

Our company was established in November 2009, and our business has focused on replacing foreign crew members on ships entering ports in Japan.
We are based near Narita Airport, and now handle crew changes at all ports in Japan that are open, mainly Narita and Haneda Airports.
In order to increase convenience, we have established business alliances with partner companies at Nagoya, Kansai, and Fukuoka airports.
We also manage all seafarer changes in Japan, saving our customers time and earning their trust.
As of 2021, we are changing approximately 10,000 crew members annually.
Since our establishment, we have been working with the motto "Let's all work together" to accurately understand the needs of our customers and provide them with the best possible service.
We have also continued to take on the challenge of new services and have earned the trust of our customers.
